Early morning Yoga

  • 7:30 a.m. Meeting point: Fitness room (Duration: about 45 minutes.)
  • Physical exercises for body control and strengthening the body. You will also increase your ability to concentrate and relax your body.


Stretch & Twist

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point: Fitness room (Duration: about 45 hour.)
  • ... to stretch and relax, to mobilize and to consciously feel one's own limitsand then to start the day in an energetic and relaxed manner.


Piano night

  • Start at 8:30 p.m.
  • Enjoy your evening with relaxing, musical background music

Aqua Fitness

  • 7:30 a.m. Meeting point: indoor pool (Duration: about 30 min)
  • Take advantage of the activating effect of the water, move the body in a way that is easy on the wrists, strengthen the muscles and then enjoy an "imperial" breakfast with a clear conscience.

 

Fascia Training

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (Duration: about.45 min)
  • For more mobility and a good body feeling.
  • Get rid of the adhesions in the fascial tissue (connective tissue)  with simple but effective exercises.

 

Hike

  • 10:00 a.m. Meeting point at the reception (Duration: about.3 hours)
  • The hike follows forest and meadow paths and is ideal for all nature lovers.
  • Exercise in fresh mountain air! For rental poles please register at the reception the evening before!

E-mountain bike tour at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser

  • 10:00  a.m. Meeting point at the reception (Duration approx. 3 hours)
  • Panorama e-mountain bike tour along the Wilder Kaiser. Suitable for everyone with normal cycling skills.
  •  Minimum participants: 4 persons
  • Maximum participants: 10 persons
  • Costs: € 25.00 for rental helmet and e-bike
  • Please make an appointment the day before until 6:00 p.m. at the reception

  • Take advantage of the activating effect of the water, move the body in a way that is easy on the wrists, strengthen the muscles and then enjoy an "imperial" breakfast with a clear conscience.

 

Yoga

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (Duration approx. 1 hour)
  • …mobilize, stretch and attentively feel your own limits, then start the day full of energy and relaxed. NO Yoga experience necessary!

Back training

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (Duration approx. 45 min.)
  • Flexibility, agility and strengthening are important components for a healthy back and use the restful holiday time for targeted exercise.

 

Herbal Hike

  • 10:15 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: approx. 2 hours)
  • The guided hike with certified hiking guide depends on the requirements of the herbal hike participants.
  • Here are certainly many interesting things to discover during this hike…

Yin Yoga

  • 08:15 a.m.  Meeting point in the fitness room (Duration approx. 1 hour)
  • Especially after an active day it is good to relax, feel into your body and stretch.
  • YinYoga is a particularly calm yoga style and therefore also very suitable for beginners.

 

Hike (with a certified hiking guide)

  • 10:00  a.m. Meeting point at the reception (Duration approx. 4 hours)
  • Explore hiking trails and interesting destinations in the mountain world and learn more about the region "Wilder Kaiser".

The fitness area

Fitness lovers should also get their money's worth on holiday and – of course - every "sports hotel" has a gym for your balance and endurance training!

 

We offer the following equipment for your fitness experience:

>>  Endurance and strength training at approx. 55 m²

>>  various cardio devices such as bikes, stepper, treadmill, spinning wheel

>>  Four multifunction devices for your strength training

>>  Three flat TV's for entertainment on the wall
