Easy E-mountainbike tour at the foot of the mountain Wilder Kaiser

  • 9:30 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 3 hours.)

  • Only with registration – yesterday, Sunday – 06.00 p.m.

  • Panorama E-Mountainbiketour along the mountain Wilder Kaiser

  • Suitable for whom: actually for everyone, you should be able to use normal bicycle technology!

  • Costs per person: € 25.00 inkl. helmet & E-Mountainbike for rent

  • Participants minimal 4, maximal 10

 

Get to know-hike with certified hiking guide

  • 10:45 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: ca. 2-4 hours)
  • Explore hiking trails and interesting hiking destinations in the mountains and learn about the region "Wilder Kaiser" during the hike

 

Yin Yoga

  • 04.00 p.m Meeting point: fitness room (Duration: about 1 hour)
  • cially after an active day, it is good to take a rest, to feel and stretch your body.
  • Yin Yoga is a particularly calm yoga style and therefore also suitable for beginners.

Aqua Fitness

  • 7:30 a.m. Meeting point: indoor pool (Duration: about 30 minutes.)
  • Do something good for the body and use the pleasantly activating effect of the water early in the morning ... for the gentle strengthening of the muscles as well as for the joint-sparing movement.
  • Ideal to enjoy the "imperial" delicacies at breakfast

 

Fascia-training

  • 8:15 a.m. Meeting point: fitness room (Duration about 45 minutes)
  • For more flexibility and a good body sensation.With simple but effective exercises to tackle the bonds in the fascial tissue (connective tissue)

 

Nordic-Walking or easy hike

  • 9:30 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 2 hours )
  • Anyone can participate in this tour, with or without sticks. The hike leads over forest and meadow paths and is suitable for all nature lovers.
  • Exercise in the fresh mountain air!
  • For rental sticks please book in advance!

Water aerobics

  • 7:30 a.m. Meeting point: indoor pool (Duration: about 30 min)
  • Start the day actively and be well prepared for any activity - and especially enjoy the breakfast!

 

Nordic-Walking the special kind

  • 10:30 a.m.  Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 2 hours)
  • Experience balance, skill, coordination and agility in combination with Nordic Walking with ease and fun.

Healthy back

  • 09.00 a.m. Meeting point: fitness room, (Duration about 45 minutes)
  • Flexibility, agility and strength are important components for a healthy back – use the restful vacation time for targeted movement.

 

Week ending and theme hike

  • 10:15 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 2 hours)
  • The guided hike with certified hiking guide depends on the requirements of the participants -whether herbal, deceleration, Kneipp or barefoot hike.
  • here are certainly many interesting things to discover during this hike.

„Stretch & Relax“ / Yoga

  • 9:00 a.m. Meeting point: Fitness room (Duration: about 1 hour.)
  • ... to stretch and relax, to mobilize and to consciously feel one's own limitsand then to start the day in an energetic and relaxed manner. NO yoga experience necessary.

 

Guided tour

  • 10:30 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 1 hour)
  • Find out interesting facts about the community, landscape, tradition and history and / or get to know interesting places.

The fitness area

Fitness lovers should also get their money's worth on holiday and – of course - every "sports hotel" has a gym for your balance and endurance training!
