Cancellation conditions at the Sporthotel Ellmau
Cancellation information Winter 24/25
- Up to 3 weeks before the start of your vacation there are no cancellation costs.
- 3 - 2 weeks before the start of the vacation we charge 40% of the package price.
- 2 - 1 week before the start of the vacation we charge 70% of the package price.
- Within 7 days before the start of the vacation, we will charge 90% of the package price or the entire package price in the event of a no-show.
- Deposits made will be credited to the new vacation date.
Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival & the Hahnenkamm weekend, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Up to 2 months before the start of your vacation there are no cancellation costs.
- 2-1 month before arrival we charge 3 nights.
- From 1 month before the start of the vacation, we charge 80% of the package price.
- Within 7 days before the start of the vacation, we charge 90% of the package price or the entire package price in the event of a no-show.
- Deposits made will be credited to the new vacation date.

- Room prices:
- All prices are per person and night, excl. local tax p. person / day
- The prices are always according to the price list.
- Short stay surcharge:
- In winter: € 16.00 per person and day for 1 - 3 nights (Friday & Saturday at least 2 nights)
- In summer: € 7.00 per person and day for 1-2 nights (Friday & Saturday at least 2 nights)
- Surcharge for single occupancy:
- In all double rooms, studios and suites: € 50,00 per day
Traveling with dogs at the Sporthotel Ellmau
- Price: € 20.00 per day (food not included)
- In front of our hotel you will find a small dog station with waste bags, water hole, etc.
- Unfortunately (for reason of hygiene) your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness- or leisure area and in the sunbathin area. We ask for your understanding.
- Please let us know if your "fur nose" should be with you during the dinner – we will gladly prepare a table in the lounge.
- We hope that you understand that possible final cleaning costs will be charged – if necessary.
Useful information at the Sporthotel Ellmau
- Check-in: from 4 p.m. of your arrival day. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please send us a short message in advance.
- Check-out: by 10 a.m.
- Early departure / late arrival: The respective room or apartment type will be charged on the booked date.
- Free parking and free e-charging station for our hotel guests in front of the house.
- Deposit: In order to guarantee your booking, we request a written confirmation as well as a deposit in the amount of € 200.00 per person or € 400.00 per apartment. Without a deposit, your room or apartment reservation will not be held for you.
