Yoga is an integral part of our activity program and takes place several times a week in the mornings and evenings. All sessions are beginner-friendly with clearly explained exercises, adapted to every level, and ensure a soothing balance:
- In the morning, as a gentle energy boost for the day
- In the evening, as relaxing regeneration after sporting activities
Yoga mats and aids are available on loan.
Whether you want to get active or wind down, yoga is the perfect way to spend your day in the mountains.
