Booking information

• There are no cancellation fees up to 3 weeks before the start of the vacation.
• 3 - 2 weeks before the start of the vacation, we will charge 40% of the package price.
• 2 - 1 week before the start of the vacation, we will charge 70% of the package price.
• Within 7 days prior to the start of the vacation, we will charge 90% of the package price or, in the event of a no-show, the entire package price.
• Any advance payments made will be credited to the new vacation date.

The following cancellation conditions apply to Christmas, New Year's Eve, Carnival, and the Hahnenkamm weekend:

• No cancellation fees up to 2 months before the start of your vacation.
• 3 nights will be charged if canceled 2-1 months before the start of the vacation.
• 80% of the package price will be charged starting one month before the start of the vacation.
• 90% of the package price will be charged within the last 7 days before the start of the vacation.
• 100% of the total package price will be charged in the event of a no-show.
• As a rule, advance payments made will be credited to the new vacation date.

Room rates

• All prices are per person per night, excluding local tax per person per day.
• The prices listed in the price list always apply.

Short stay surcharge

• In summer, €7.00 per person per day for 1-2 nights (for arrivals on Friday and Saturday, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies).
• In winter, €16.00 per person per day for 1-2 nights (for arrivals on Friday and Saturday, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies).

Single room supplement

• In all double rooms, studios, and suites: €50.00 per day.

• Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Please notify reception if you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
• Early departure/late arrival: The respective room or apartment type will be charged at the booked rate.
• Free parking directly in front of the Sporthotel, including an electric charging station (subject to a fee).
• Deposit for fixed reservations: Please confirm in writing. In addition, a deposit of €200.00 per person or €400.00 per apartment is required. Without a deposit, the reserved rooms and apartments will lose their validity.
• Credit cards: American Express, Eurocard-Mastercard, VISA card, and EC card.

• Discount amount in euros per day.

• Price without food: €20.00 per day
• In front of the sports hotel there is a small dog station with dog waste bags, a water fountain, etc.
• For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness or leisure areas, or on the sunbathing lawn. Would you like your furry friend to be nearby during dinner? We will be happy to prepare a table in the lounge on request.
• If necessary, the final cleaning costs will be charged in the event of heavy soiling.
