Cancellation policy at Sporthotel Ellmau

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
  • For cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged.
  • In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Cancellations are only accepted in written form. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
  • Deviations are possible at any time. The cancellation terms stated at the time of booking apply and may vary depending on the rate and travel period.

Room rates

  • All prices are per person per night, excluding local tax per person per day.
  • The prices listed in the price list always apply.

Short stay surcharge

  • In summer, €7.00 per person per day for 1-2 nights (for arrivals on Friday and Saturday, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies).
  • In winter, €16.00 per person per day for 1-3 nights (for arrivals on Thursday and Friday, a minimum stay of 3 nights applies; for arrivals on Saturday, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies)

Single room supplement

  • In all double rooms, studios, and suites: €50.00 per day.

Interesting facts about vacations at the Sporthotel Ellmau

  • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Please notify reception if you plan to arrive after 7:00 p.m.
  • Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
  • Early departure/late arrival: The respective room or apartment type will be charged at the booked rate.
  • Free parking directly in front of the Sporthotel, including an electric charging station (subject to a fee).
  • Deposit for fixed reservations: Please confirm in writing. In addition, a deposit of €200.00 per person or €400.00 per apartment is required. Without a deposit, the reserved rooms and apartments will lose their validity.

Traveling with your dog

  • Price without food: €20.00 per day
  • In front of the sports hotel there is a small dog station with dog waste bags, a water fountain, etc.
  • For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness or leisure areas, or on the sunbathing lawn. Would you like your furry friend to be nearby during dinner? We will be happy to prepare a table in the lounge on request.
  • If necessary, the final cleaning costs will be charged in the event of heavy soiling.
