Golfplatzrunde
3.0 km | elevation gain: 55 m | Ellmau
It could hardly be any flatter. Mainly runs along paths around the Ellmau golf course. Offers a great view of the mountains and is ideal for a short, invigorating morning walk.
Slow running & fitness combined: Fitness trail – Ellmau forest mile
1.9 km (fitness section) or 5.5 km (entire circuit) | Elevation gain: 75 m (fitness section) or 150 m (total)
Characteristics: An easy running circuit combined with 14 fitness stations in the forest. Here you can supplement your slow running with short strength and stretching exercises.

Panoramic tour
4,4 km | elevation gain: 70 m | Going
Extremely easy and very beautiful. Leads through varied meadows and lightly wooded sections at the foot of the Kaiser. Ideal for a short, relaxed run.
Village tour Söll ("Söller Zehner")
3,3 km | elevation gain: 80 m | Söll
Short route that can be repeated as often as desired (part of marathon training). Leads through the village and the surrounding fields. Very little elevation gain.
Hausbachrunde
5,6 km | elevation gain: 120 hm | Scheffau
A slightly longer but still very flat route for exploring Scheffau. Varied views of meadows and the Kaiser mountains.
Running trail Auwald
7,7 km | elevation gain: 180 m | Scheffau
The longest of the flat valley circuits. Leads from Scheffau towards Ellmau through the district of Auwald. Ideal if you want a little more distance but no steep climbs.
Panoramic tour
5,2 km | elevation gain: 180 m
Circle around Lake Hinterstein (Scheffau).
Slightly more moderate incline. However, the scenic enjoyment is incomparable. Walk around the crystal-clear mountain lake on well-maintained paths. A wow moment: the mountain range is reflected in the water.
Tip: Start early in the morning and enjoy the peace and quiet and the best light.
