The Ellmauer Alm – the highlight of Ellmau's charming mountain huts. Rustic yet cheerful – cozy yet lively. Authentic Tyrolean hospitality in an original, rustic wooden room! The "Alm" is open daily until late at night (1:00 a.m.). Live music is featured every day.
Besides offering a cozy après-ski atmosphere, the Ellmauer Alm is a traditional restaurant (240 seats) with a fantastic terrace and a wide selection of local delicacies.
Located directly behind the Sporthotel Ellmau at the valley station of the Vetterstätterlift (ski right to the door), there's only one thing to do at the end of a long day of skiing, hiking, or biking: Stop in for a well-deserved break!

Or you can simply visit the Ellmauer Alm because you're in the mood for some relaxing hours. Spending time on the large sun terrace enjoying hearty delicacies and soaking up the atmosphere is good for you in both summer and winter.

- Our à la carte restaurant is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 am.
- Hot meals served from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- The bar at the Ellmauer Alm is open until 1:00 a.m.
- In summer, Wednesday is a day of rest

APRÈS SKI
True to the motto "Skiing gives you wings," the focus here in winter after a day on the slopes is on good music, a lively atmospher and entertaining people. The Ellmauer Alm is located directly at the valley station of the Vetterstätter lift, meaning that you can "ski down" right in front of the Alm with your last run.
When does the Ellmauer Alm open?
The Ellmauer Alm is open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Hot meals are served from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.. The bar is open until 1:00 a.m.
Is there a day of rest?
The Ellmau Alm is open daily in winter. It is closed on Wednesdays in summer.
When does après-ski take place?
Daily in winter from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
