Exercise is simply part of the experience at our sports hotel – sometimes gentle, sometimes vigorous, always at your own pace. Yoga, aqua fitness, winter hikes, and more bring fresh energy to your holiday and inspire you for your next adventure in the Wilder Kaiser region. Our activity program changes seasonally, ensuring a variety of sporty moments throughout the year. Here you will find our program for the 2025/26 winter season.

YOGA: RELAX THROUGH THE SUMMER EVENING

SUMMER DREAM – HIKE
If weather conditions permit, a hike through the landscape will take place – a truly unique opportunity!
