Aqua Fitness

  • 8:00 a.m. Meeting point in the indoor pool (duration approx. 30 min.)
  • Supported by the effect of the water, activate, strengthen and stretch the body to start the vacation day motivated and full of energy.

 

Fascinating fascia & Yoga

  • 9:00 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hrs.)
  • For more flexibility and a good body feeling. With simple, but effective exercises to the adhesions - and thus the tensions - in the fascia tissue to suffer...

 

Stretching at the end of the day

  • 16:30 Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 30 min.)
  • After an active day, it is a blessing to gently stretch the body and bring it into a soothing state of relaxation.
  • Outdoors, weather permitting!

Water gymnastics

  • 8:00 a.m. Meeting point in the indoor swimming pool (duration approx. 30 min.)
  • The exercises are relaxing, the buoyancy of the water relieves joints, intervertebral discs and ruptured muscles, the metabolism is boosted and afterwards an "imperial" breakfast tastes even better...

 

Yoga for beginners & advanced

  • 9:00 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hrs.)
  • Take your time, relax and recharge your batteries at the same time; simple exercises make it easier to get started and help you to get to know and feel your body.

Healthy back

  • 08.30 a.m. Meeting point: fitness room, (Duration about 45 minutes)
  • Flexibility, agility and strength are important components for a healthy back – use the restful vacation time for targeted movement.

 

Week ending and theme hike

  • 10:00 a.m. Meeting point: reception (Duration: about 2 hours)
  • The guided hike with certified hiking guide depends on the requirements of the participants -whether herbal, deceleration, Kneipp or barefoot hike.
  • here are certainly many interesting things to discover during this hike.

Healthy back

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 30 min.)
  • Exercise is the most important thing for a healthy, strong back. Use gentle exercises to promote flexibility, mobility and strength and support a healthy posture - suitable for everyone.

 

Trial snow hike OR winter hike / Nordic Walking 
Register until Thursday 18:00

  • 10:00 a.m. Meeting point at the reception (duration approx. 2 hrs.)
  • If the weather/snow conditions are suitable, a snowshoe hike through the wintry landscape will be led to get acquainted - so a unique opportunity!
  • If there are no advance bookings, winter hiking or Nordic walking ALWAYS takes place.
  • For snowshoes: rental fee € 12,00 ,- /per person

YinYoga

 

  • 10:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hr.)
  • An ideal preparation for an active day - feel the body, stretch and at the same time gently release adhesions in the fascia tissue. 
  • YinYan is a particularly calm style of yoga and is therefore also ideally suited for beginners.

 

Winter hike with certified hiking guide

 

  • 12:30 p.m. Meeting point at the reception (duration approx. 2 hrs.)
  • Experience the winter mountain world on snowy paths, get to know the winter hiking trail network, maybe even discover animal tracks in the forest...
  • and afterwards enjoy the sauna or indoor swimming pool in the hotel.
