Yin Yoga to get to know
Yin Yoga is an especially quiet method among the different Yoga styles. The focus lies on stretching the connective tissue. For this, the exercises are held long and silent. Additional bracing elements are integrated

The Nordic Walking Tour leads over easy walk able paths. In the centre of attention are the paths in the surrounding and if you wish you may also improve your technique.

Relaxed back (with certified spine trainer)

mobilize your body, especially your back muscles with slow movements and get your back ready for an active day with stretch and extend positions
