Fascia Training & Yoga

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hr.)
  • For more flexibility and a good body feeling. Get to grips with adhesions in the fascia tissue (connective tissue) with simple, yet effective exercises....

 

Stretching at the end of the day

  • 15:30 Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 45 min.)
  • After an active day, it is a blessing to gently stretch the body and bring it into a state of beneficial relaxation.
  • Outdoors, weather permitting!

Water gymnastics

  • 7:30 a.m. Meeting point in the indoor pool (duration approx. 30 min.)
  • The buoyancy of the water relieves joints, intervertebral discs and torso muscles. The metabolism is boosted and afterwards breakfast tastes even better...

 

Yoga for beginners & advanced

  • 8:30 Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hr.)
  • Take time to relax and recharge your batteries. Simple exercises make it easy to get started and help you get to know and feel your body.

  • Flexibility, mobility and strengthening are important components for a healthy back.
  • Suitable for everyone

 

Herbal hike OR "Forest bathing"

  • 10:00 a.m. Meeting point at the reception (duration approx. 2 hrs.)
  • During this guided hike - with a certified hiking guide - there are certainly many interesting things to learn...
  • During a leisurely hike perceive and get to know the diversity of plants - especially wild herbs - along the way.

Yin Yoga 

  • 8:30 a.m. Meeting point in the fitness room (duration approx. 1 hr.)
  • Especially after an active day, it's good to take a rest, feel into your body and stretch.
  • YinYoga is a particularly calm style of yoga and is therefore ideally suited for beginners.

 

Familiarization Hike (with certified hiking guide)

  • 10:00 a.m. Meeting point at the reception (duration approx. 4 hrs.)
  • Explore hiking trails and interesting destinations in the mountain world, plus learn informative facts about the "Wilder Kaiser" region.
  • The tour is adapted to the possibilities and wishes of the participating guests.
