Yoga is perfect for your balance and to find your way back to the centrum of your body. Meeting point will be at the fitness room. If it´s sunny, it will happen outside.
10.00 a.m. (approx. 1 to 1 ½ hours) Nordic Walking for beginners
The Nordic Walking Tour leads over easy walk able path. In the center of attention is the path in the surrounding and if you wish you may also improve your technique. (If you need some sticks, please REGISTER at the reception.)

WEDNESDAY

07.30 a.m. (approx. 1 hour)Yin Yoga for an active day
Yin Yoga is an especially quiet method among the different Yoga styles. The focus lies on stretching the connective tissue. For this, the exercises are held long and silent. Additional bracing elements are integrated.
09.30 a.m. (approx. 5 hours, incl. stops)Guided hike tour
Requirements: sure-footedness, hiking boots, drink, Refreshment stops in every tour. (Please REGISTER at the reception until Tuesday 06.00 p.m.)

05.30 p.m. (approx. 1 hour)Yuan-Qigong
Energy and strength of your body is harmonizing with the additional exercises of Yoan Qigong. It´s a silent and soft hour for a harmonic end of the day.

SATURDAY
