During the summer months we offer a varied programme of leisure activities.


Monday (07:30 h)

Aqua Fit: water gymnasticsin the indoor pool or outdoor pool if the weather allows.

Monday (08:15 h)

Back fit with relaxation elements from yoga

  • Duration: approx. 30 min

Monday (10:00 h)

Nordic walking course or tour

It is ideal for beginners who are interested in this healthy sport and would like to use the benefits of the RIGHT technique from the outset.

  • Duration: 1 hour

Wednesday (07:30 h)

Water gymnastics and stretching iin the indoor or outdoor pool.

  • Duration: approx. 30 min

Wednesday (08:15 h)

Abdomen, legs and bottom ... Gymnastics for the problem areas!

  • Duration: approx. 30 min

Wednesday (10:00 h)

Guided hike at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser!

  • Duration: about 2 hours
  • Cost: € 12.00 per person

If you feel like this tour, then please contact us on Monday evening at 18:00 h the latest at the hotel reception.

Important information: In case of bad weather and few participants (min. 4 people) we offer an alternative programme directly in the hotel.
