Small print

  • When taking along a dog, the hotel reserves the right to invoice a possibly necessary final cleaning. Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness and leisure area and on the lawn. € 10.00 per day (without food).
  • All our rooms are non-smoking rooms
  • If the prices of this price list may differ in the booking confirmation, the quoted prices always apply according to price list.
  • All prices in Euro including all taxes.
  • Against fee treatments and massages in the wellness area, solarium, billiards, slot machines and Internet terminal.
  • We accept American Express Card, Euro Card Master Card, VISA Card, and EC card.

Reductions for children

in summertime for a child in an extra bed sharing a room with two full paying adults:

  • for children up to the 11th birthday = free
  • for children from the 11th to the 15th birthday = 30% reduction

in summertime for two children in extra beds sharing a room with two full paying adults:

  • 1st child:
    • no charge up to the 11th birthday
    • from the 11th to the 15th birthday = 30% reduction
  • 2nd child:
    • up to the 4th birthday = € 11 per day
    • from the 4th to the 6th birthday = €  24 per day
    • from the 6th to the 15th birthday = 30 % reduction

during the wintermonth we have the following reduction rules for a child in an extra bed sharing a room with two full paying adults:

  • up to the 4th birthday = € 11 per day
  • from the 4th to the 6th birthday = €  24 per day
  • from the 6th to the 11th birthday = 30 % reduction
  • from the 11th to the 11th birthday = 10 % reduction

Bed & Breakfast only

  • If you would like only a room with breakfast, you will be reimbursed from the respective half board price of € 4.00 per person per day.

Surcharges

  • In the Winter season with less than 4 nights, we charge a surcharge for short stay  of € 16.00 per person per day. During the rest of the year this rule is valid up to 3 nights and a extra charge of € 7.00.
  • Surcharges for single room occupancy
    • Summer
      • When booking double room Hartkaiser, Wilder Kaiser or Wellness there will be a surcharge of € 15.00 per day.
      • When booking double room Ellmau there will be a surcharge of € 20,00 per day.
      • When booking double room De Luxe or Himmelschlüssel and/or Studio, there will be a surcharge of € 30,00 per day.
      • When booking a suite there will be a surcharge of 50% of the room price.
    • Winter
      • When booking double room Hartkaiser or Wilder Kaiser there will be a surcharge of € 15,00 per day.
      • When booking all other room categories there will be a surcharge of 50% of the room price.

Deposit

When making a fix reservation we ask for a written confirmation and a deposit of € 145.00 per person or € 363.00 per apartment.

Without deposit the reserved rooms and/or apartments cease to apply.

Cancellation policies

The Austrian hotel contract conditions apply (German | English).

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

  • No cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, you will be charged for 3 days.
  • From 1 month before arrival, we charge 80% of the reserved stay.
  • In case of early departure or late arrival the room will be charged at the agreed time.
  • In case of late cancellation there will be no refund.
